We run 3 x UV Resin 3D printers in-house, capable of 8K resolution - the kind of detail that turns a "that's basically impossible" file into a museum-quality physical part. This replica started life as a set of "broken" 3D files that needed serious digital surgery before they were print-ready. We rebuilt them, printed every component on our 8K resin printers, then took it through full UV curing and expert post-processing - including professional military-spec spray painting. The standout detail: custom rubber-coated tyres, hand-finished for realistic texture you'd swear were off the shelf.

The result is a small-scale model with big-scale accuracy proof that digital manufacturing and traditional finishing skills aren't rivals, they're a team.
